"Chickpea of the Sea" vegan tuna salad
Mash a 400g tin of chickpeas (drained and rinsed) with 1T vegan mayo, 1T lemon juice, 1T dulse flakes, 1t dried dill, 1 tiny red onion (chopped), and 3 small gherkins (diced). The dulse really makes the “tuna”. Believe it.
I eyeball 4 servings or so?
